These guys were fantastic. They showed up on time, fully prepared, and immediately took care to protect our floors before moving a 700-pound bathtub through the house. The obstacle course they had to navigate included four kids, dogs, multiple sets of stairs, tight corners, and brand-new expensive tile floors. I had a really frustrating experience. I ended up being charged way more than the estimate and was told they needed another truck and more people for what was essentially a half closet worth of stuff. I ended up moving those items myself. Although I was clear, they put beds in the wrong rooms, which I now have to take apart and move. They also called me two days before my move to ask if I could change my move date. Overall, would not recommend.

Superior service from the original estimate, which was 20% higher than they actually charged. Their equipment was excellent and well prepared for our move. Saving the best for last, the crew lead by Mr. Tony was very professional and worked quickly and smart. Respected our furniture and made sure we experienced no damage. This was our second summer in a row using On-The-Go to assist in getting apartments readied or emptied out for the start of the academic year. The crew of guys were so hardworking, efficient, and just a delight to work with!
