We received a call during the arrival window on the day of our scheduled move on a Sunday asking if we can move the next day instead. After a few back and forth calls, they told us there was no way they can fulfill the move on the scheduled day. It added so much stress to our move and forced us to take the day off work last minute to accommodate moving on a different day.
