Kevin is an incredibly knowledgeable RV repairman. His company is very professional. He repaired my Onan generator and has provided valuable troubleshooting information over the phone as a courtesy. Timely and impressive!!!
Don't trust him, and especially don't pay him upfront. He disappeared without communication for 3-weeks, and then when he did the work, he wasn't able to complete everything and still kept my money. He disappeared again when I asked for a refund for the work not performed.
We were broke down at a loves and he worked several hours fit us in his schedule to get us back on the road. I give him five stars. He was a man of his word he showed up when he said he would and he did everything he could to get us back on the road it took a few days, but it got done.
