I paid for On the Go Fleet services to come for a mobile mechanic on a Ford Tiago RV. I paid almost $500 for their service and the first 2 times they came and "looked at it" but did nothing. The 3rd time actually cut the axel off BUT still never did anything to actually fix it. I tried to let them make it right by refunding my money BUT after 5 failed attempts the owner has yet to respond to phone/email and the worker said he'd get back to me and never did. Got help from Steven he did an excellent job explaining what was wrong, how to avoid this problem, with getting the job done in a timely manner.
What an amazing company. Steven worked all day to find an alternator on a Sunday when most parts places were closed. Loves told me they couldn't get me running but these guys did. Amazing effort to get a poor trucker back on the road.
Excellent service and excellent mechanic. Jeremy is number 1.
