I paid for On the Go Fleet services to come for a mobile mechanic on a Ford Tiago RV. I paid almost $500 for their service and the first 2 times they came and "looked at it" but did nothing. The 3rd time actually cut the axel off BUT still never did anything to actually fix it. I tried to let them make it right by refunding my money BUT after 5 failed attempts the owner has yet to respond to phone/email and the worker said he'd get back to me and never did.
