I have used On The Fly twice. Once when I moved to Richmond and needed them to move furniture from pod to house. And 6 months later when moving to a new house. Both times they were careful, fast, efficient and worked well together as a team. Always good communication and coordination was smooth. Very happy with their service.
I am so happy with the service that I received with on the fly moving services. They were amazing. I was so impressed at the uniformity of how they worked together and how efficient they packed up my pods. I will definitely be recommending them to my family. Jamar, Mercer,and Malik were very professional and had everything wrapped. They did a great job.
The team serving me were Demonte, Mercer and Ethan. First, they called with an ETA, which I greatly appreciated. They arrived on time. They were very professional and polite. They wrapped and taped all appropriate items. They carefully disassembled and reassembled items. At the destination, they took care to ensure each item was placed exactly in accordance with my specifications. I cannot imagine the move going any smoother. I highly recommend this company with highest praises!
