I had asked for some definition in my hair with lowlights and a curly haircut. The reference image and my before/after are pictured below - I couldn't do the haircut because the hair color took over 5 hours collectively (I had to leave and come back) and was much darker than I wanted. It did not seem like me and the stylist were on the same page. My pants were also ruined because hair dye got on the cape and transferred on them. I want to start this with a genuine apology, because it’s deserved. A few years ago when I first went to Beth, I was rude and difficult for no real reason, and I honestly hate even thinking back on it. The way I acted wasn’t okay at all. As someone who travels for healthcare work, finding a new salon and trusting someone with my color is honestly one of the hardest parts. You never really know what you’re going to get, and it can be stressful walking into a new place. Chelsey completely changed that for me.
