On The Double saved the day! Our AC stopped blowing cold air and they were able to get someone out immediately. Eric Dickson was very professional and knowledgeable. Cody and Johnny did an amazing job installing a new unit for us after a weather related incident. Kaitlin was incredible in answering questions and helping us along the way. Josh has been meeting our family’s heating and cooling needs for the past 8 years and we will continue to use OTD because they are fast, kind, and affordable. They also provided portable cooling units while we awaited insurance approval to replace our unit. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received!
I called On The Double when we noticed black mold on one of our ceiling air vents. That same day Cody was out to take a look around and give us a quote. He took lots of pictures to show my husband and I so that we didn't have to climb up into attic and was very thorough going thru all options. 2 days later, he and his team showed back up to complete all of the work including decon and installation of a new UV filtration system. Awesome service by Eric Dickson today!! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to inform me during the whole process what was going on, and answered all maintenance questions for the future. Great guy and a great overall experience and service!! Highly recommend, glad I called On the Double!!
I am very happy with the service I received from the technicians that came to my house. They were on time and got the job done to my satisfaction. It took all day to finish the install due to the fact it was very hot in the attic. I am definitely glad I chose this company. Caleb and another guy I can’t remember his name I think it was Ben did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend this company.
