This is one of those reviews that is easy to write! Two days before Thanksgiving a cable on my boat lift snapped leaving my tritoon in a precarious position and actually causing a leak in the outboard toon so I was in need of a prompt response and thankfully I reached out to "On The Docks." I was impressed by their approach of not only replacing the cables, but by basically rebuilding the entire lift including updated cables, new pully's, new chains, new attachments and new PVC cable covers with caps. Highly recommend! Thomas and Kevin responded right away and took care of our problem. A great experience.
Wouldn’t use anyone else for dock accessories, maintenance and repairs on docks and lifts. Kevin and his team are always there when a client may be in a pinch for a last minute repair!
