The owner has been a delight to work with. She was very helpful and a great help. I recommend this place to anyone.
While I have never been a customer of this business, I have seen the owners interact with various sorts of people during my time visiting the neighboring coffee shop, Old Crown. They appear rude, pushy, and grumpy. Visitors to nearby businesses *might* be considered prospects for rentals, but I believe the owners of On The Boulevard to be ignorant and hateful toward those people who choose an alternative lifestyle to their own.
