Excellent customer service! We wanted to order a few time sensitive jewellery pieces to have within a week, but being out of province, we were unsure if it was even possible. However, Steff quickly replied to our emails, helping us figure out how we could accomplish the different designs we wanted with the jewellery. Once we sent off the final order through her website, she had the jewellery stamped and expedited that same morning. It was done beautifully—exactly what we hoped for.
These necklaces are amazing quality! I’ve purchased 2 necklaces from Steff and the first one I wore every day for over 3 years without taking it off. I’ve had my second one for almost a year and both of them still look great! No tarnishing or anything.
