So very happy with our bathroom renovation from start to finish. The whole process from quote to choosing products and the install was exceptionally smooth and easy. All the places we chose our fixtures, fittings and tiles from spoke highly of the team at OTB which was also reassuring. I would 100% recommend OTB if you want a bathroom renovation completed with excellent communication from all the trades that attended, your house left neat and tidy and your bathroom finished to an excellent standard.
The guys have done 2 bathrooms for us at our place in North Perth. We’ve loved the professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail and clear communication. Highly recommend Simon and the team.
Avoid at all costs. “On The Ball” is anything but — it felt more like a revolving door of useless trades. I engaged OTB in July 2025, and there were red flags from the beginning. Everyone I spoke to there was professional, cool and chill. Honest folks, but busy so you need to engage them precisely with what you want. The workmanship and low stress approach is great. Reasonable price for the work. I had some issues with access and damaged sink on the stuff I supplied, they sorted it all out for me no fuss! Would recommend again.
On The Ball did a bathroom and laundry renovation for us in Duncraig. I can’t fault them and the work they did. The communication from James was excellent from start to finish, as we were organising it all remotely. Simon and the team were helpful and friendly every time we did a site visit, during the rare times we were able to. I trusted them completely with our home. Everything was completed as described and to a very high standard. Now I’m getting them back in to do more work for us. Highly recommend.
