On The Ball did a bathroom and laundry renovation for us in Duncraig. I can’t fault them and the work they did. The communication from James was excellent from start to finish, as we were organising it all remotely. Simon and the team were helpful and friendly every time we did a site visit, during the rare times we were able to. I trusted them completely with our home. Everything was completed as described and to a very high standard. Now I’m getting them back in to do more work for us. Highly recommend.
I can not speak highly enough of Simon and his team. From our first meeting Simon was clearly trying to find a way to make our design ideas work. Even my crazier requests were met with genuine interest and a 'can do' attitude. During the project the attention to detail of the team was beyond our wildest expectations. From then on the service was efficient, professional and reliable. OTB were also easily able to accommodate my request for a new door which I thought may be out of their scope - but they were helpful all the way, and also with some last minute additions.
