Phil at On Target Massage is an extremely talented and caring massage therapist. He takes the time to learn your problem areas and really focuses on what’s bothering you. I have never felt better leaving a massage than I did after this one. The stretching incorporated is so nice and relaxing! I have found my place and will not be going anywhere else!
I’ve been a client of Phil’s for years. He is not only a wonderful masseuse but he is also very knowledgeable about exercises to perform when you’re not on the table. I sit at a desk all day and I firmly believe I’d have way more body aches if it wasn’t for my visits to Phil. He has the rare ability to give a massage that feels great and is relaxing, but also resolves issues. I recommend him without hesitation.
Phil is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever known. He is extremely approachable, knowledgeable, professional and regularly learns new techniques to incorporate into his practice. His massages are not the standard spa-type massages, but rather are tailored and therapeutic. Scheduling is flexible and easy, and parking is ample and free.
Phil is an exceptional massage therapist. I have been going to him monthly for years. He really understands the body and takes time to understand yours specifically. He starts with stretching to identify any problem areas that he can focus in on during the massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and loosened up. I highly recommend Phil, you won't be disappointed!
