Phil is an incredibly skilled massage therapist who I have been seeing for several years. What started early on for more acute low back and neck pain has continued into regular self-care for generalized relief. The combination of styles and techniques that he draws from is extensive and he truly meets the needs of his clients every appointment. Scheduling is flexible, communication is seamless, and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him to everyone.
Phil is so talented and such a safe space. I feel so welcomed and safe every time I book with him. He’s very good at deep tissue massage, stretching + increasing range of motion. His therapeutic techniques leave me feeling a better range of motion, less pain and so calm after. His studio is free to park near if you park on S Braddock between allenby + sanders. He is upstairs through the door which I’ve added a photo of!
Excellent and effective! I have been going to Phil for 9 years and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a master in identifying and correcting the muscles and joints that need treatment. Other massage therapists provided treatment in ways they thought would help, but Phil takes the time to discover the real underlying issues. I always leave a session in better shape, and it lasts for days!

Phil has helped me on several occasions with migraines and other physical injuries and I'm so grateful. He provides a calming, relaxing space and the treatments never feel rushed. Highly recommend!
