Great experience with On Target Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived the next day after I called, offered a much better price than others, and did a thorough air duct cleaning using negative pressure, rotating brushes, inspection cameras, and sanitizing treatment. Malik was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the whole service felt well organized from start to finish. My vents and ductwork looked much cleaner, and I would highly recommend them.
We had a very good experience with this air duct cleaning team. Their first estimate was a bit higher than another service, but they matched the price. After strong wind loosened the metal vent cap on top of our chimney, i needed help because it was too high above the second story to reach safely. I contacted On Target Air Duct Cleaning on a Friday, and they scheduled a visit for Monday. They first mentioned a possible cost for a new cap and chimney cleaning, but after checking everything, diego found the existing cap could simply be secured again and that the chimney did not need cleaning. After a home remodel, i had Norman come out to Pleasant Hill to clean the air ducts and vents, and the service was much needed. There was a lot of dust left in the ductwork from construction, and he did a great job removing buildup and improving airflow through the system. very professional, on time, and easy to work with. My dryer vent had not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time, and he showed me why the airflow was so restricted and why lint buildup had become such a problem.
