Thanks to our driver, Cooper, for taking good care of me and my brothers. He was warm, funny, dynamic and relatable and he quickly fit in with my family. He went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time during the two days that we spent together. Cooper is the kind of guy that you’d like to have as a neighbor. Come for the Whiskey, stay for the Cooper.
I saw a recent review by JD and couldn’t agree more. I know several people who worked for him and they all walked away for the same reasons. Owner has had many employees. He’s failed to pay most of them. It’s his MO. Multiple times. Multiple employees. That’s why customer service starts out strong and then drops. They quit and then he has to pick up the pieces, but doesn’t. And then spins it as a personnel performance issue.
