This company installed a new Rheem hot water system for me in 2019 ($1250). The element and thermostat had to be replaced in Nov 2022 ($470). They didn't fix it right the first time so had to come out again several days later as they hadn't flushed the lines. The technician also stripped the screw on the thermostat plate so I couldn't increase the water temp and had to get a handyman to drill it out and replace ($70). The system is now broken again. Absolute scammers. Do not use. I had a boiler break down on a Sunday and called them. I said to the girl on the phone (and I mean *girl*) not to send anyone out unless they could absolutely fix it then and there that day. She assured me, absolutely they would. Guy turns up, takes a cursory look and tells me he can't fix it - it'll need another visit the *following week* (leaving me with no hot water until then).
