They were very professional. Came in and gave us an estimate for the work we needed done. Once we approved it and scheduled the visit, they arrived on time. The rep was professional, efficient and finished the work in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again, when needed.
Marcus and Tim were great to work with! They took the time to understand our leak issues, came out to our home twice and were able to figure out what another company couldn’t due to their diligence. I would recommend everyone utilize their services!
On Tap owner was pleasant and efficient sending Technician, Marcus, for same day service. Marcus communicated his arrival time, arrived as stated and efficiently replaced Garbage Disposal and repaired toilet in a clean workman like manner. We highly recommend “On Tap Plumbing” and Marcus for your plumbing needs.
