Had a boiler and heating system fitted. No complaints at the quality of work but when part of the device he fitted was faulty he started to ignore all attempts of contact. Heard nothing since and have had to pay to replace it myself.
Knocked on the door as needed him for a job down the road and he came straight away. Thank you very much!
Really happy with them. I had an emergency plumbing problem and called them. They turned up on the same day, managed to find the part for the shower (which was not easy to find, I might add), they got in touch with the manufacturers and booked the appointment to fix the shower so I would keep my warranty for the new part. Good job. Will definitely use them again.
Did not turn up to do agreed upon work; did not communicate. Does not respond to phone, website contact form broken. Waste of time; had to get someone else in. Avoid.
