Owen was great. He arrived 30 mins early, got the snow blower working and answered any questions I asked about the repair. He even fixed a small issue unrelated to the service call free of charge! I will definitely be coming back to onspot in the future if my snowblower has issues
I scheduled an appointment 20 days ago. No one contacted me yet. No human to talk to when you call their support number. I left a message couple of times enquiring about my appointment. No one bothered to call back to let me know what is going on. Very poor communication and customer service.
