Owen was early, assessed the carburetor issue and asked pertinent questions which empowered him to diagnose the issue and resolve it quickly. He also took the time to explain why it wasn't attached and how a precise process had to be followed to reattach it. He also gave sound advice about the oil tank and how to keep it at the proper level. Then he offered to change the oil and it was well worth the investment. From first contact to scheduling to dispatch (Andrew), to the site visit and repair of our pressure washer (Frank), to the billing and follow-up (Andrew & Connor) - the On Spot Repair team were professional, friendly, thorough, and clearly know small engines. Bad experience from beginning to end , would not use them again. Scheduling issues, and not willing to take responsibility for after service issues.
The technician was professional. He came on time completed the work and explained what the problem was. I highly recommend this come for any snowblower or other repair you might need.
