I have truly enjoyed working with On-Site Restoration. Their staff consistently goes above and beyond for our community. Foreman Nekko is young, ambitious, and hardworking, while Christy, their Business Development Specialist, is fantastic—always responsive and available during emergencies. The company has a genuine appreciation for their craft and deeply cares for the people the situations they handle effect. This is a company you can trust and build a strong partnership with.
We had a small flood in our basement. I was not home at the time as i work overseas. Their packing was so ramdom and wasteful, i.e. taking 2 small items from a big box, not to mention the extreme amount of "packing" paper. Its been a few months and im home now unboxing. Sadly, there is some damaged items, and some large items are actually missing (not sure how that happens) I also understand the crew didnt even speak english. Not happy at all. Wouldnt recommend to an enemy
On Site Specialty was there when I most needed them. Amanda helped me navigate the sudden traumatic death of my spouse and my home needed immediate restoration. Tim and Merv were kind, professional and explained everything to me. I highly recommend On Site Specialty for anything you need.
I am just thrilled with the work this company did! Rafael went above and beyond in making the repairs in my apartment. Such a nice man! He was professional, efficient and pleasant during the entire restoration project. He managed to get everything done quickly and when he left, you would have never even known he was here. He picked up everything carefully, and vacuumed and I can't say enough good things about him! Thank you so much, Rafael! You made me so happy!
