Highly recommend he was very professional and arrived on time. There was no judgment on how long it had been since it was last pumped and he made sure everything was taken care of. If you need your septic pumped call them
Woke up this morning to sewer gases in the house. We called and they offered us same day service. They came out within the hour! I'm sure that's probably not typical; I was happy enough with same day service. Extremely professional with excellent equipment, speedy job done (15 minutes and he was done!), and the promise of sending a reminder when the next recommended cleaning should be. I’ve been using SIMS for over 2 years. They are one of the nicest and professional companies that I’ve used. I call or text them and they respond in a timely manner and get the job done within a day or same day. I had a family get together and my septic got clogged he came to my house on a Saturday and got the job done. I absolutely recommend them.
