Efficient resolution of a piping/water problem by Steven. Quick response time on our service call. Fee was very fair. Very informative in helping us understand the problem and our choices for repair. Have used On Site RV Repair twice in the past on different RVs with excellent results. Will continue to use in the future.
Our refrigerator is giving us fits but he showed up and got us running again thank you don’t hesitate to call him actually worked on our unit at our storage facility. Which makes it nice we didn’t have to move our coach.
This fellow doesn't deserve to do work for anyone. He makes appointments and does not show and does not call. Totally unreliable.
Called in a bind when our RV's electrical system went down a week before a trip. Although booked out for the next week and a half, Steve worked us in and did a great job diagnosing and repairing multiple problems. Impressed that he had the needed parts in his truck. Finished up after 8pm. He was knowledgeable, and friendly.
