I neglected to sign up with another oil delivery company after canceling our old provider and was dangerously close to running out of oil today. Thankfully Trish and her husband were able to add me to the schedule for tomorrow, delivering right before the expected snowstorm to boot! Their pricing is very competitive and I will be their customer for as long as we own our home. So grateful to have found them and wish we had known about them when we moved to town!
On Site Oil offers unbeatable prices and exceptional customer service. Patricia processes our orders immediately, and Eddie delivers right away—always respectful, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommended.
Be careful to the will-call customers out there: unless you are ready to buy from them for the rest of your life, they will literally leave you in the cold, and be rude about it.
These people were true lifesavers! I ran out of oil Saturday and they came the next morning! Trish was so kind and helpful in setting everything up and Ed arrived early Sunday with a smile and saved the day. True professionals with a heart! I highly recommend them!
