We ran out of fuel unexpectedly due to a faulty gauge on the tank, and Onsite came to the rescue. They sent out a delivery first thing in the morning, and did not charge me extra time when it took longer than expected to restart the boiler. They have always been reliable, but went above and beyond for me.
