Amazingly helpful, friendly and honest. We rented a lake front home at lake anna over a three day weekend with plans to enjoy our boat. The boat malfunctioned and we feared our short vacation was ruined. Thankfully we called On-Site Marine services. Joey was busy with a day of repairs yet he found the time to help diagnose the issue over the phone. In the end he was able to squeeze us in for a same day repair. Joey and his crew did a fantastic job in diagnosing and fixing my boat quickly during the busy summer season. He was very responsive and worked late into the night to make sure my boat was ready before our family arrived.
Our boat was not starting with 6 kids waiting impatiently. Joey showed up to the same day to diagnose why the boat would start. Changed out 2 of 3 batteries and required a mess another mechanic had made. He got us out onto the water 1 hr later and saved the weekend.
