I can't recommend On-Site Auto enough. The absolute best pricing around, and always honest (& no sales gimmicks) quality work. Super flexible scheduling, have always been able to get me in within a week of calling!

I dropped off my 2006 Toyota Matrix because of an engine light that was due to a failed O2 sensor. Damon and his mechanic were able to identify exhaust leaks in multiple areas and were able to fix my vehicle in a matter of a day and a half. Damon kept me updated every step of the way and focused on needed repairs within a fair price. I’m extremely satisfied with the results of the work done. I’m having a hard time understanding why finding another renter would be my responsibility. I paid four months in advance, only used the RV parking space for about five weeks, and notified you as soon as I knew I no longer needed it. I’m simply requesting a refund for the unused prepaid time. I don’t see the connection between my refund and whether or not the space gets rented again, especially since the space is no longer being used by me and is back under your control.

Always good work, honest experienced people. They can tell you exactly what the issue is and what they had to do to fix it. They save me money more than anywhere else will and they can show me where they did save. It's usually parts came in cheaper than they thought or two birds one stone kinda labor. I don't go anywhere else. Family company definitely. I see staff out with the family around town sometimes, they say hello and genuinely care to ask how I'm doing.

I was at work and in desperate need of an oil change and battery check with limited time to get anywhere. I wasn't sure how I was going to get the time to get this scheduled. I called On-Site Lube Services Inc. since they are close to my employer. I spoke to Damon, the guy at the front desk. He was very professional and friendly.
