I met with my tech at my home - very convenient! She was nice and helpful. The brochure from Blue Cross said that new hearing aids would cost me $799. When it came time to pay, the cost was nearly $1800! I was stunned. Bait and switch? I got my hearing aids from Costco in the end.
I am so glad that I made the decision to get an on-site hearing exam. I feel like it is the best way to make sure that I am purchasing hearing aids that are the perfect fit for me. Patti was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She even set up a follow up appointment with her so that I can be sure that I am maximizing my hearing aid use!
