Dr Mike and Dr Kenneth, you both have been absolutely wonderful to me, and I hope my next visit lands up with either of you
Ask for results to be sent to patient portal for me to view. Had to reiterate my concern on a Thursday three time to the reception at the front via telephone with no cooperation. Get to my appointment nurse practitioner didn’t know how to access and send them over so had to take more time to visit front desk. For the second time asking the same question “why were my results not sent to my patient portal.”
whoever was answering the phone as the "operator" on the 18th of Jun, 2025 at 8:30 AM, first hanged up on me, then, as I insisted, picked up the phone and kept me On Hold for 20 minutes. I called again and she asked me to hold and, as I was explaining that I had already waited for 20 min, she put me on hold anyway and never came back. I gave up after that.
I've seen some negative reviews on here but I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have come in. The nurse practitioners here don't try to rush you out and are willing to make sure you get the proper care. Danny Anderson, N.P. was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner for my first checkup as well as the nurse I saw, but unfortunately did not catch her name.
