Ask for results to be sent to patient portal for me to view. Had to reiterate my concern on a Thursday three time to the reception at the front via telephone with no cooperation. Get to my appointment nurse practitioner didn’t know how to access and send them over so had to take more time to visit front desk. For the second time asking the same question “why were my results not sent to my patient portal.”
whoever was answering the phone as the "operator" on the 18th of Jun, 2025 at 8:30 AM, first hanged up on me, then, as I insisted, picked up the phone and kept me On Hold for 20 minutes. I called again and she asked me to hold and, as I was explaining that I had already waited for 20 min, she put me on hold anyway and never came back. I gave up after that.
I've seen some negative reviews on here but I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have come in. The nurse practitioners here don't try to rush you out and are willing to make sure you get the proper care. Danny Anderson, N.P. was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner for my first checkup as well as the nurse I saw, but unfortunately did not catch her name. My daughter went in to have an annual physical, and to report that she's had excessive urinary issues to the point of almost urinating her pants at only 21 years old. She's worried about the possibility of diabetic symptoms because it runs in our family, but the very impatient individual named Jeannie that saw her immediately brushed everything off and didn't even do a complete annual physical.
