Great facility to deal with. Chris got me in right away, and diagnosed the problem. He provided an estimate and told me that the labor was the worst case scenario. Then arranged to take my driver to a hotel and had to work done the next day. When I got the bill it was over $1000 less than estimated on the quote. It only required about 60% of the labor time, and they only charge me for what they did. Overall this was a great experience at an out-of-town repair facility. I highly recommend them.
Spent 9k in parts and service at other shops during a major break down. Chris is the man. Within the first day of having my truck he told me everything wrong and what he’s going to do to fix it. He’s quick, reliable, efficient and a honest man that doesn’t rip you off in any way. I’m going to keep bringing my trucks and equipment to him because he’s one I can trust. I wish this was a 10 star review but he’s the best I’ve ever had work performed by.
Chris and his team go the extra mile. My 2016 RAM 3500 needed to have the DPF cleaned, and these guys made the process super easy and trouble-free. When I came in to pick my truck up, Chris took extra time with me to explain the entire system end-to-end. A few weeks later, I had an unrelated emissions issue and Chris took time over the phone to troubleshoot it and with his help I was able to sort it out. Can't say enough good things about On-Site Fleet Solutions - I highly recommend them!
If you have any breakdowns near Charlotte NC , I highly recommend you to come to this shop. Chris is very knowledgeable about truck repair. Honest guy and he has more than 20 years experience in the industry. Best price and he will tell you exactly what you need to get you back on road asap. Thank you guys
