My truck was dropped here after a broke down on 7/30 with the intentions of me finding and purchasing a new motor. I did a check call on the following Tuesday telling them not to touch my truck because I wasn’t sure what I was gonna do yet. Had my rv towed to them for them to replace my fuel pump. They pushed my rv around with a truck he said he had a buddy come by with his truck to push it around because his buddy had a big steal bumper on his truck. When they were pushing it around they broke my front face of my rv I have 6700 in repair bill from them and I couldn't get a call back. I have pictures from right before it was towed in the break down location and there was no damage and I have pictures of right after I picked it up.

I was struggling to find a mechanic that could get me in same day to work on my ac. I called on site got me in same day. Within a minutes got my ac blowing cold and helped me out with a persistent problem I couldn't figure out. I will definitely make a call here first when I need help again!

17 hours from home on a Saturday I managed to get a radiator but no tools. I was referred to On Site and these guys went to work immediately. Got me back in the road home to my family! Amazing service and compassion
