Bad first experience: It started with the scheduler scheduled me to the wrong month. Have to re-schedule. On the re-scheduled day it rained. The technician said it can make an exception for me to come the next day: a Sunday. But, Alas, he did not show up nor would answer the phone, as promised. What a surprise
Service was excellent! Jim brought my car back to life! It hasn't sparkled so much of been as clean since the day it was purchased. I highly recommend on-site detailing!!!!
