Reached out at 1030pm on a Saturday night. Was hoping to set up a time for the following day to come out. Instead he started diagnosing the issue with me over the phone immediately. Step by step instructions to test this and that. He spent til midnight with me and got to the issue. I don't know of anyone that would do that. I can't say enough about Eric. Highly recommend!!!
