Bottom line up front, I had work done by On Site Air and bought the annual maintenance plan based on their reviews. Post work, I don’t trust them and would rather eat the cost of the maintenance plan than to have them touch my AC unit again. About a month ago, my AC unit stopped cooling very well. It was 75 in the house even though the thermostat was set for 73. I reached out to On-Site Air. The best! If you want a company that fixes the problem instead of throwing their hands up and saying "welp your going to need a new unit", these are the guys. Chris and his team are hands down the best around.
