Bottom line up front, I had work done by On Site Air and bought the annual maintenance plan based on their reviews. Post work, I don’t trust them and would rather eat the cost of the maintenance plan than to have them touch my AC unit again. About a month ago, my AC unit stopped cooling very well. It was 75 in the house even though the thermostat was set for 73. I reached out to On-Site Air. One of our units was having some issues and On Site Air showed up quickly and got it fixed. Highly recommend!!!!
Beware of their drivers because they almost made car crash on 35w Fort Worth Tx Today around 8am. 🤔
The best! If you want a company that fixes the problem instead of throwing their hands up and saying "welp your going to need a new unit", these are the guys. Chris and his team are hands down the best around.
