Owner Mike Shane screams at, belittles & disrespects his employees. I was pregnant when working here and was threatened to be fired due to being sick from my pregnancy. Mike screamed at me and threatened me in front of other employees. This job is not worth your mental health
Of my 2-3 years of employment at Onsight, I have witnessed nothing but verbal abuse, threats of termination, intimidation, and constant undeserving berating. Owner Mike Shane can be heard at almost all times talking down to his workers and completely disregards any health conditions that may affect one's presence. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs, do not waste your money here. There are other optical locations within the area that are infinitely better.
ive only been here one time, but i immediately felt how horrible the owner made the environment with his attitude and overall demeanor. I can honestly say the employees are great, its just the owner that needs an attitude check. dont waste your time here.
Toxic work environment. Owner Mike Shane openly screams at and talks down to his employees. As a former pregnant employee I felt discriminated against & threatened. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
