On Side were shockingly poor, causing stress and disruption. They were bullying, misleading, found every excuse while constantly blaming others, wasted time and acted as if their purpose was to suit themselves. In the end, the outcome was satisfactory, although they wrongly tried to restrict our choices, which meant we did not get what we wanted. I suspect On Side benefited at our expense.
