Wade and team put me at ease and handled everything amazingly well. From the schedule to the work performed everything was executed beyond my expectations. I'd highly recommend On Side and will be using them again in the future (but hopefully I don't have to!)

Wade and his team, "the Dream Team", are hands down the best restoration contractor I have dealt with over the last 28 years. Condo had a major flood (100+ units affected), Onsite Restorations (Surrey branch) was contracted through insurance to work on the building. Looked very clean and professional initially. However, be careful what information you share with them. They have the ability to lie and twist the information entirely to fit their narrative at the end, and avoid completing their work promised for you.
