Impressive customer service by their entire team. Most of my dealings were with Kevin and Amber who were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Throughout the process I had at least 4 other On Side team members assist me and all exceeded any expectations I had. 5 stars.

ery very very bad and irresponsible company, On Side has exposed their employees and home owners with kids to KILLER ASBESTOS multiple times due to failing to post lab results on site they did not even inform insurers about the problem fearing consequencs. ASBESTOS is 100% cancerous and deadly.
