L'équipe d'urgence d'On Side est arrivée rapidement à peine une heure après ma découverte d'une grande fuite d'eau dans le plafond de ma cuisine. Le suivi était impeccable et le responsable de l'équipe, Massi, toujours disponible.
this company is totally incompetent !!! One year to conclude work on our home and it is till not finished. Don't accept this people in your home. Cleaning up after the incomplete work and all sort of items missing from our garage and basement. No super vision workers come and go when they want. Never never let this people in your home.
J’ai eu un dégât d’eau dans mon sous-sol à l’automne 2025. On Side a géré le projet. Tout s’est bien passé. Maélig, le chargé de projet, m’a bien informée à chaque étape. Je recommande.
Nos assurances nous on envoyés vers cette compagnie, mais refuser car les chargés de projet n'ontpas tous les informations et nous réfèrea dautres membres de leur équipe, ils ne retourne pas nos appels. Cest terrible!
Honestly the worse company that I ever dealt with! I don’t know why Intact insurance is using them for claims. Unbelievable incompetent company!!! Receptionist are very polite & honestly don’t know how they keep working there. After so many messages with them, I can never get a call back for any updates on work to be done. Too bad there’s no 0 stars as they shouldn’t be in business at all!!!
