The costs are EXTRAORDINARILY high. DO NOT use them. They have a minimum $2000 fee - even if the job is 30 mins. I was charged $4000 for 2 fans and for them to cut a 3x2 ft area in my ceiling. Had I known it was such a scam, I would have do it myself. The more you know.... never again. Don't use them unless you are ok being ripped off.
I had a flood at my house on aug 9th and my insurance suggested OnSide. Once my insurer issued the ticket they called me promptly and brought in the equipment to help out. Their Project Manager Miss. Valerie was great. She was professional, patient and very helpful. She gave me her Cell and always answered my calls. Miss Mélanie was also great helping out with the process. Si je pouvais donné 0... c'est la pire compagnie qui puisse exister. Ne respecte jamais les rendez vous, annule sans prévenir, les employé déteste leur chargé de projet parce qu'il est incompétent. Ils arrivent sur les lieux du sinistre non préparer. Donne pas de nouvelle... HORRIBLEEE À FUIIRRRR

Conseillé de faire affaires avec eux si vous voulez des amateurs et pas des professionnels. Chargé de projet qui connait rien de son travail,..utilise un langage non professionel avec des clients. Utlise le F*** mot. Un autre arrogant qui prend sa place après que le premier a quitté la compagnie. Quel bon choix de la part de la compagnie dans la selection de ses employés.
