Absolutely terrible and incompetent. Do not let your insurance company dispatch this company. They will charge you absorbant fees for horrible work. This company actually belongs to Intact! They work together in order to to delay your claim and increase the amount of your bill. Refuse them!
I'll echo the previous reviewer's feedback. This company has disgusting business practices. Don't allow them on your premises when an emergency takes place. Their emergency services are meant to drain your wallet. After water infiltration, they'll happily set up a couple of industrial dehumidifiers and fans without actually doing anything helpful like cleaning up, cutting gyp, or ripping up carpet. Then they'll leave everything and disappear and you'll end up with a 3000$ bill. I hope companies like these are held accountabl... read more
