I had a disappointing experience at this hair salon. I originally wanted to book with Ritsuko, but she’s fully booked. So I had to choose a different hair stylist. I had my hair cut short and dyed, but the results were really disappointing. For one, the dye job left my hair looking like it had three obvious segments of color. I got a hair cut, but the shampooing was messy with water splashing everywhere, and the cut itself was uneven on both sides. Even compared to other Japanese hair salon, I didn’t feel the quality was very high. Honestly, I’m not satisfied with the result.
