Very professional and reasonably priced. We needed for two seperate issues, one scheduled and one as they were helping another camper. You saved our Door County trip. Thank you for the speedy response and all of the help. I highly recommend them.
It was a pleasure to be rescued by Don and Nicky. They came to us in less than fifteen minutes after I called them. The shroud on my air conditioner unit had cracked and flown off. They could only do a temporary fix by wrapping the unit in heavy duty plastic, but found where I could order the part and gave me all the info. I ordered it immediately and had it waiting for me at my next destination. Their 'fix' held up well and through torrential rains and wind, we had no leaks. Thank you, guys!
On Scene RV Service came to my site to replace my water heater. They were on time and very efficient. Something I can't say for orher RV repair places.
We were camping in a different spot in Wisconsin, and came back to a 90° camper! Our main AC unit wasn't working and we were headed to Egg Harbor the next day (a Sunday). I called On Scene on a Saturday evening and was called back that night. First thing Monday (today) Don and his wife arrived and not only found the source of our problem, they fixed it promptly. He went through a thorough check from top to bottom to make sure the issue was pinpointed. Very thankful for his prompt help, we have a cold (and safe) camper again!
Don, I just wanted to touch base and thank you for the most professional service we have ever received on our summer home camper to date. When we arrived on Friday afternoon we were met with slides out, water off (as it should be), refrigerator on and I’m sure other things inspected that I haven’t mentioned.
