Don and wife Nicki, arrived at our site at the time promised. With falling nighttime temperatures, we relied on our normally reliable heating system. During this trip it failed. Don thoroughly inspected the thermostat and heater, and identified the culprit. Replacement parts will be needed to remedy the problem. On Scene RV Service saved us time and money. We would not hesitate to contact Don Tomnitz again when the unexpected happens.
Don and his wife were great, Door County had a bad storm and it caused power surge ruining my 30 amp receptacle so I had no power. They ordered the correct part and had power to my RV as soon as they possibly could, I highly recommend!!!!!
We were so grateful to Don for promptly responding to our call. We had an electrical issue on our 'maiden voyage' with our new Leisure Travel Van. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He also answered many of our questions in regards to our first-time set-up. He was very pleasant and thoughtful to our concerns - calmly setting our minds at ease allowing us to "Camp More & Worry Less". Many thanks! Al & Carrie
Does not return phone calls
Very professional and reasonably priced. We needed for two seperate issues, one scheduled and one as they were helping another camper. You saved our Door County trip. Thank you for the speedy response and all of the help. I highly recommend them.
