Don and his wife were great, Door County had a bad storm and it caused power surge ruining my 30 amp receptacle so I had no power. They ordered the correct part and had power to my RV as soon as they possibly could, I highly recommend!!!!!
We were so grateful to Don for promptly responding to our call. We had an electrical issue on our 'maiden voyage' with our new Leisure Travel Van. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He also answered many of our questions in regards to our first-time set-up. Does not return phone calls
Very professional and reasonably priced. We needed for two seperate issues, one scheduled and one as they were helping another camper. You saved our Door County trip. Thank you for the speedy response and all of the help. I highly recommend them.
It was a pleasure to be rescued by Don and Nicky. They came to us in less than fifteen minutes after I called them. The shroud on my air conditioner unit had cracked and flown off. They could only do a temporary fix by wrapping the unit in heavy duty plastic, but found where I could order the part and gave me all the info. I ordered it immediately and had it waiting for me at my next destination. Their 'fix' held up well and through torrential rains and wind, we had no leaks. Thank you, guys!
