Don, I just wanted to touch base and thank you for the most professional service we have ever received on our summer home camper to date. When we arrived on Friday afternoon we were met with slides out, water off (as it should be), refrigerator on and I’m sure other things inspected that I haven’t mentioned. Don was extremely helpful and not only did he fix what was wrong, but he also showed us how to do things in our camper since we’re new to owning one. He and his wife are very kind and we really appreciate all their help. I will call him again if we ever need anything. Don helped us out again today. He is very thorough, explains everything he is doing so we understand, and showed us what we missed. He and Nikki are the best!!
We had our camper winterized and in the proccess found something that needed to be repaired. We worked with them in the off season to coordinate with them for the upcoming season. They were early to the appointment and very nice people to work with. We will definately continue to use their services.
We were in a real bind while camping at Peninsula State Park. Our awning had collapsed from the heavy rain snd we needed the entire canopy removed so we could actually leave for home. Don fit us in to his busy schedule and basically saved our trip. He was professional, reasonably priced and extremely personable. I would recommend Don and his wife for any rv work you might need. They were truly super heroes.
We have work-camped at the Door County KOA for the 2024 season. We full time, and I attended the NRVTA fundamentals so I do a lot of my own maintenance as I was a helicopter mechanic in the Army. I wanted to find an RV mobile tech that I could refer folks too, and one that I would trust with my rig if needed. I found him, throughout the season, I have seen Don resolve some perplexing challenges, and go the extra mile to take care of folks at a fair price.
