Checked in on Sunday afternoon and our A/C was not working (90+ outside temp). Called Don and left a message which he returned quickly. He said he could be at our site around 2pm on Monday. He did come at 2pm as promised and by 2:30 our A/C was working again. Great response and customer service. If in Door County and need an RV tech, I highly recommend Don and On Scene Service. Thanks Don.

We had a fantastic experience with On Scene RV Service while camping in Bailey’s Harbor! We contacted them a couple weeks before the trip about a propane line we needed repaired. They were very attentive in helping us get the information they needed from Jayco. Then when we were heading up to WI, our power tongue jack and fridge both didn’t have power. I highly recommend Don with On Scene RV Service. I needed a safety recall repair on my Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel and also a warranty replacement of my roof top air conditioner with heat pump. Don’s expertise and communication with me, Grand Design, and the warranty company was outstanding!
