I had a great experience with Andrew from On Scene Marine Service. I hired Andrew to survey a used boat before my purchase. Andrew was very helpful and, even before scheduling the job, he provided a lot of useful tips & information over the phone. He was easy to schedule and he arrived promptly for the appointment. This was my first time using On Scene, but I will not hesitate to use them again. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. He scheduled my winterization and shrink wrapping quickly and without any delays. He was on time as scheduled, easy to talk with, and extremely knowledgeable. I Would highly recommend On Scene Marine!

We could not be more pleased with the service at On Scene Marine. Andrew always got back to us quickly, and handled complicated situations with ease. He gave us excellent advice about a serious issue with our inboard engine. Andrew is a trustworthy mechanic who takes pride in his work and builds good relationships with his clients. Andrew I recently posted a 1 star review and said you didn't put the gaskets in my lower unit and further review showed you did use gaskets. I apologize for the bad review. My water pump was changed by another marine repairman 3 years ago. Not by you. Again all your past repairs and work I never had a problem with. Anyone reading disregard my negative review as it was unwarranted.

This was my first time using On Scene, but I will not hesitate to use him again, if needed. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with, including timely messages about our repair schedule. He did the work scheduled, and gave me less expensive options about unexpected problems. For example, when he found a leak in the hydraulics for the steering on my outboard, he suggested replacing a seal instead of the entire part.
