Wm, Carolina, and Gus - all great folks. Super knowledgeable, and totally helpful. They didn't have the roller hammock or stiff steps I needed on hand, so Carolina just made them right there on the spot. Wonderful. I'll definitely be back whenever I need new equipment.
I actually work for a different outdoor retailer. And I am here to tell you that you will NOT beat the customer service and care from these wonderful people!!! They really (and literally) go out of their way to do the very best in order to help.
