As always On Q is on point. Carlos has been my go to guy for all things heating and A/C for a few years. He should be yours too!!!
I booked an online appointment with On Q Services on September 10, 2025 and paid the $105 online booking fee and was told someone would reach out to me with and appointment time.To date, September 16, 2025 no one from On Q Services has reached out to set up the appointment. I called a couple of time and left a message, but received no reply. At this point I just want my money returned because I wouldn't hire you for anything.
Professional, knowledgeable and makes sure you are fully informed as a customer. Great communication. Costs for installation were comparable, if not better than others in the area. Installation was done professionally and they left our home spotless. Excellent service!
Carlos came when I called, like a super hero! This is my second SOS call to him and he answered right away, kept me updated on his arrival status, and was professional and courteous. I felt safe, educated as to my HVAC problem, and will recommend On Q to all my friends and neighbors.
