Emily Franke and her "team" provided the absolute worst real estate experience I've ever been a part of. On Q Financial was responsible for a 4 week delay in the closing of my previous home, grossly misrepresented the qualifications of that buyer and engaged a lender they had never worked with... which posed serious issues with the communication during the process. I came so unbelievably close to losing the purchase of my dream home and probably sprouted 100 gray hairs due to the stress.
