On Pointe was my childhood dentist's office, and my family and I came here for years. I’m not sure whether Dr. Tom Nack still works there, but he has been the epitome of unprofessional and hostile in healthcare. He somehow “missed” numerous cavities in my sibling’s mouth, which another dentist in that same office informed us about shortly after we switched. I was not informed of an infection that I've had since my last visit 6 mths ago. Now I have pressing issues & less time to address with my SEVERE anxiety.
Had my teeth cleaned and polished. I forgot the fellow's name but he was very gentle and friendly.
New staff are very professional, friendly. Very good visit and I would recommend them.
