Not really happy with the experience. My diet is Indian diet and your app has no similar diet option to choose from. Plus my nutritionist doesn’t have awareness about my diet. You can’t fix something you don’t understand to begin with.
So far I’m loving the program. Simple, no nonsense, organized, informational, supportive, affordable!
This is long overdue! Lanelle is not only great at what she does, but she is also a genuine and carrying person. I originally started seeing her to help with back pain, but she managed to help me with headaches, fatigue and many many other things. She is very thorough and will explain all the steps to make you comfortable with the session and the needles:)
