This company is VERY unprofessional. And I really hope that the owner is reading this because the unprofessionalism comes straight from the top! Like many of the horrible reviews on here, I too had a disgusting experience with the poor excuse of an owner and company. They cut down my neighbors pine tree and all the sawdust landed in my pool, ultimately clogging it. I reached out to who I thought was the pool company that performed the work and I was later informed it was On Point who did the work. The owner accused me of lying. All I was asking for was the filters of my pool to be replaced and he stated that when my neighbor paid him, he would replace my filters. My ... read more
On Point Tree Service did an outstanding job at my home. They trimmed my tree beautifully and completely refreshed three flower beds by clearing them out and removing old bushes. The crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and looking better than ever. I’m genuinely impressed with their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high‑quality tree or landscaping services.
They are based in Houston, but will drive here to Beaumont. They came out the same day I called them to inspect my tree that was in bad shape and leaning towards my house. The quote was reasonable. The next day, they came out and removed the tree, put all of the wood in their truck, ground up the stump. They also removed some overhanging tree branches in the back yard, for a small price.
