Terrible: Sunday - They offered Price and we agreed Monday - They show up for work and left after trimming two branches and they said someone would come back on same day. Tuesday - They cited bad weather as reason Wednesday - They told me that traffic and car puncture is the reason Thursday - They double the price and would not show up.

I hired this company on point tree service for what should have been a straightforward job, but I regret it. Not only did they leave huge ruts in my lawn from their equipment, but they also left debris and wood chips scattered everywhere despite promising a full cleanup. They even nicked my fence and didn't mention it until I pointed it out. They were fast, but extremely careless. I’ll be spending the next few weekends fixing the mess they left behind.

Great experience with this team! They were on time, worked efficiently, and handled cutting down one tree and trimming several others with ease. The pricing was excellent value for the amount of work done. I was especially impressed by the cleanup—they left my yard spotless. Highly recommend!

We have had 2 trees (sick and/or hollow) removed by On Point in the past 4 years. They are true to the word they make with you during consultation. They grind the tree stump ALL THE WAY DOWN until it’s level with the lawn. We will continue to spread the word about their good work! They are the best.
