We had several downed trees and lots of limbs all over our yard after Tropical Storm Edouard. We called On Point 2 days after the storm and they came out the next day and worked ALL day cutting, trimming and removing all debris! They worked super hard and were very courteous. The yard looks so much better! Thank you On Point! I will use them again if ever needed! Thank you Ala!

Updated Review (1 to now 4 stars): After speaking to who I presume is the owner, the crew came out within 2 hours to remedy the issue with communication about what the job entailed. The contractors were very kind and understood. They cleaned up very quickly and inspected the completed work with me. On Point Tree Service is great! They have a fast estimate at a reasonable price. They showed up the next day to trim large branches touching some of the roofs. We are an HOA and have strict requirements on which vendors we hire. They met our requirements and exceeded expectations. We will be hiring them for all tree related projects in the future.

Update: After posting my original review, I spoke with the owner, Brian, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely apologetic about my experience. He explained that the individual I had been communicating with was an independent contractor working under the company who did not follow the procedures and standards Brian expects from his crews.
