When you arrive at On Point Skin Care Clinic you are welcomed by Kath at Reception with her lovely smile. Then onto Dr Nicholas who explained everything that was going to happen with the removal of a SCC & BCC from my husband’s scalp. These nasty cancers were removed many months ago & everything was going okay until they both burst open. Dr. Freya Paton is truly outstanding. She is incredibly professional, timely, thorough, and knowledgeable — always taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. What sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares, not only about what she does, but also about her patients. She always makes me feel completely at ease, and I leave every appointment feeling confident and well looked after. I can’t recommend her highly enough — you’ll be in the best hands!
If you want to go in on time, I'd find somewhere else. Considering a consultation is around 20 minutes, it amazes me how late they always seem to run. Im currently waiting for my husband who has been now waiting 45 minutes and still hasn't been seen. Why make an appointment time if they can't stick even closely to it. Very disappointing unfortunately.
