The only reason they even get a star is because their crew did great work, unfortunately the owner john is another story. Talks to you like you are a piece of garbage. Belittles you during conversation ultimately trying to make you feel stupid. Trying to get their crew to give you a hours heads up is like pulling teeth, even had the nerve to compare his company to telus. Absolutely baffled at their ridiculous pricing. I had the pleasure of getting charged $940 for a 2h (that would have been 1h, by the way, if their machine was working properly) moisture test. No mold testing was conducted, no repairs were made. This is the price for someone waiting for 1h, looking at a moisture/thermal meter for 30 min, and flushing a toilet a couple times. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed.
