Raymond and OPP have helped me now on 2 separate occasions , 1 with Hurricane Ian and another with a claim that was originally denied by insurance . On both occasions I was able to get more money and problems solved that initially were denied or downplayed by insurance . Without Raymond I would have lost my home as well as my sanity. Great guy , very honest , very knowledgeable!
OPP was able to to fight with an originally denied claim from Citizens Insurance for water damage. After a long an arduous process between insurance and the managed care company the insurance policy contracted, Raymond was able to get us much more than than I expected and bring items to code during the restoration. He was very upfront about the time frame it may take and that they may not even pay out a fraction of what we ended up receiving. Terrible, go elsewhere
Raymond was AMAZING! I have waited 6.7 years for my insurance to cooperate after hurricane claims with no luck. That is, until he stepped in and had my back the whole time I finally have a new roof and other needed repairs! You won't go wrong using this company!!!
