Chris was very quick with a response to my message about a kitchen faucet (which we had purchased) installation. He was prompt on the day we had scheduled (he had texted from a previous job to let us know he was on his way) and got right to work, after detailing all that he needed to do. Chris left the job sight very clean, vacuuming the dust left by his drilling. We had a shower mixer we could not remove. On Point Plumbing was able to stop by and troubleshoot the same day we called. The next day they were back with everything that was needed to completely replace the mixer and get the shower operational again. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!
