This shop promised a five-day turnaround. My car was in the shop for nearly three weeks with excuse after excuse — “waiting on parts,” “tech called out sick,” “we're backed up.” I get that delays happen, but the staff were rude and dismissive every time I called for updates. One employee even hung up on me mid-conversation. The lack of respect for customers is appalling. I regret choosing this place based on a few positive reviews — don’t make the same mistake.

I brought my car in after a minor fender bender, expecting a quick and professional repair. What I got instead was a nightmare. The shop kept my vehicle for over three weeks with little to no communication. Every time I called, I was either placed on hold indefinitely or given vague updates. When I finally got the car back, the paint didn’t match, the panel gaps were off, and there were still scratches that hadn’t been buffed out.
