We have done close to a dozen remodeling jobs over the years at our homes in metro west and down the Cape. We have used some of the better known contractors in metro west but the last project we did, the customer service was lacking and we felt that the price was more than the job warranted. I worked with On Point to update my kitchen. We replaced countertops, installed a new sink and fixtures, installed some new cabinetry and a few other odds and ends. Alex at On Point was very responsive and easy to work with and his team was great. Our idea for the kitchen evolved as we went along and they were very receptive to the adjustments and slight pivoting. I am very happy with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. I'd absolutely use them again in the future.
